A book to read before reading Underworld.
bed then perhaps it is incomplete and indecisive. It 's the first work of DeLillo certainly exceptional for a rookie (I do not know who could have done better), but too far from equilibrium. Wonderful
the first part, and the second, less than the last. David Bell is an unforgettable character, split, complicated and deep. The first pages are a spectacle.
But you must read Underworld.
